I used to compete once when I was in high school. I won gold in my category, and silver in the overall fastest swimmer. I was defeated by a younger fellow, crazy fast.

what was you stroke? and your time for 100 yards for it?

Freestyle is much safer when you glide in between paddles. It keeps you from drowning.

swim is about efficiency, not muscle strength.

Only Freestyle. I can't remember my time tho. Sorry about that.

I am. I have done swimming in the past and I do triathlons now, which include competitive swimming.
