I went to a park last month and saw dem monkey bars. I tried doing chin ups for the first time.
I expected it to be tough and I'm assuming that I'll only get around 3 chin ups

But it turned out that I can't even do 1 or lift up my body near the handle

your muscles would hurt if you overdo it, but yes it is hard.

I can do about ten on the school's bar. However, that bar is kind of small.

They are hard.

1 is the passing for NAPFA for 15 year olds.
Well, not exactly chin ups, but pull ups, close enough.

There's this unlucky 15 year old Sec 2 classmate who had to do it. So glad I don't.

For me,
Chin ups (Inside of hands facing you) = Easier to do, than pull ups (Inside of hands, facing away).

And the first time trying, I could only get up about ΒΌ of the way. Lol.
Now luckily it's around 22.

But if you want to improve, I can give some advice!
Took a few weeks to see nice results.

I can probably do a few, I usually jump up to the bar in PE and do one for fun.
