So recently my android phone has simply stopped charging, and i been looking for a new phone when i saw advertised a new iphone 5s completely fine for £90 (which is good) i need people who know there stuff to tell me if i should get it or look for a android as i dont know what one is better (sorry if the wording doesnt make sense as i am typing fast as tablet about to die)

That iPhone 5s is probably very inexpensive, so I'd either get that, or a flip phone.

Why not get the iphone 6 S? It's bigger and good fo gaming if you're an android gamer or youtuber

Assuming you're just using it pretty casually, go for it, most on android's pros are really only amazing for a minority of people.
