My PC was shut down by Windows itself because it would protect the PC from "damage".

I fixed the problem and it's up again. Will it occur again after the shutdown?

Well, first of all, is it a laptop? If it is, yeah, it'd be fine but if it's a desktop, you may have to get a program to monitor wattage used by the PC, and check for any misplaced cables or wires. It should be fine to use unless it was a BSOD, which may indicate some issues persisting.
