Getting lots of these in the error log:

WARNING: 11-25 12:00 AM:i_my_id is an undeclared variable. (File: script\maint_player.c - Line 12)
WARNING: 11-25 12:00 AM:i_my_id is an undeclared variable. (File: script\maint_player.c - Line 13)
WARNING: 11-25 12:00 AM:i_my_id is an undeclared variable. (File: script\maint_player.c - Line 23)

Anything to worry about? I don't see the variable declared anywhere in the user-accessible scripts so I assume it's added at runtime. Does this script language allow a variable to be used if not first declared? If not, I might try declaring this variable at the beginning of this script to see what happens.

i_my_id isn't defined in maint_player.c in 0.94. Seth does have a build of 0.94 that fixes this. This bug is one of the reasons I haven't continue development of an "advertisement" mod (it depends on maint_player).

so...

I guess it is time for Seth to consider formally releasing the corrected version.

BTW, did you read the scripting guide (http://aliensaliensaliens.com/~jjohn/fq/fq_scripting_ref.htm) I wrote? Just curious.

I just checked out your reference... it's excellent and looks like you put a lot of time into it.

Evidently things will work fine even with this error appearing during maintenance so I'll not worry about it and hope for a corrected release of the server in the future.

I like your current mods and hope the advertisement mod becomes a reality in the future.

I'd like to add some SWF images to the game but as of yet don't have the capability... I use PSP for graphics that I do in C++ and VB so I don't have any Flash creation stuff.

Also, I see a link to the Casino mod (which isn't yours) and would like to try it but the last reference to it on this board indicates that it had a tendency to crash the FQ server. Would you happen to know if this is still the case or if it's been fixed?
