So, I have time in my hands, and I had been working on making a series. A cartoon series.
I already have the characters and I'm almost done with a whole episode! I just need to know what to use on merging 1000+ frames all in one episode. Also, the voices. I really don't know how to sync both at the same time... and I don't know who I'm including for the voices.
I'm gonna make this for fun, and share it on YouTube.
I really need help on this... Thanks!

I think you need a program for it. It's not really hard finding out, though.

Is it for free?

It might be difficult, but you could try using Windows Movie Maker. It should automatically come installed on Windows computers, so if you have one, give it a go.

I'm saying it's difficult because WMM is made for combining clips of actual footage, not compiling large amounts of frames. I took a look around, you could also try using the free version of Blender 3D to do it. I've never used it before though, it looks like it's only for 3D stuff.

Creating an animation is not easy. Let's take one piece for example. Theres thousands of people who work on one piece. Or toei animation. It takes a thousand or more people to make an animation as cool as attack on Titan and or one piece,Naruto,Dbz etc. But these episodes are all 24 minutes. Depends on how long your show is gonna be. It takes 4 days or more to get a one piece episode out. But for an individual with lack of art skills will probably take..
Months. We are talking about thousands of frames. How long is your episode gonna be?

Do NOT use Windows Movie Maker for it! It comes out with a bad quality and the max FPS is 4.

I'll take your word for it.

Here's a list of random animation programs I found. No idea if they're trustworthy or not..

I have thought about making 2D Animation too !
I am a 3D Animator but i dont think theres a possibility for growtopia to be in 3D so im thinking of making some 2D animations !

Here are some programs i suggest,
Payware:
Toon Boom Animate
Anime Studio
Adobe Flash

Freeware:
Synfig Studio

I would maybe think of a collaboration or something. Although i usually work alone.

I made a 2D animation in a 3D program, its on my youtube channel, its my intro for this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOSMLFRLHEs).
