I have been waiting 3 weeks for Dungeon Scroll registration number. I have written to support like 8 times.

I never get a reply still don't have a registration code.

Funny the first email from you saying that I will get a registration code within an hour arrived at the same address and I received 5 other emails at that address today. Have had it for 6 years without a problem.

I will send you a new mail with a different address and see if that helps.

Erp, my bad, I screwed up sending the first PM, it apparently won't send unless you set a PM topic. You should get it now.

About the email thing, the first email comes from RegNow, the CC handler so I would guess your email box specifically doesn't like email coming from www.rtsoft.com. (which is
hosted in america by Servint, a large and reliable host provider)

I'm not aware of it being blacklisted by any spam lists/etc but it's possible. Or, they don't like that the original email IP address came from Japan and they are filtering that as spam, but I've never heard of an ISP banning all of Japan before. I'd complain if this is the case.

In any case, sorry for the delay and I hope you've gotten the unlock key ok!
