You can use the numbers listen above TWICE!
You cannot use zero or any negative number!

There was a final exam in UPSC in 2013,out of all only one found the solution.

It's 5 digits buddy, this was easy
11+11+3+5

But even then, I did it

7,9 9,1 and 13 easy peazy lemon squeezy

On UPSC it was with 3 digits btw.
