    Default Lucid dreaming...

Today I learned what lucid dreaming is, thanks to Toukie . I just want to know what actually happens to your body when lucid dreaming... Do you shake or something? Also, how can I stop lucid dreaming when I get into it?

    aNy answers?

Lucid dreaming isn't harmful, but sleep paralysis is. I don't see why you would want to stop lucid dreaming.

What the hell is lucid dreaming.

I think I know what it means but I'm just making sure.

    If I'm right.

    And if my childhood.

    Is ruined.

    Still.
