Corel is nice if you have a Wacom, or similar kind of hardware device.

    Autodesk sketchbook (My favourite).

Toon Boom. (Wide variety of apps).

Adobe illustrator or photoshop etc. (Also a wide variety).

Aseprite for a simple yet powerful pixel art animation and spritesheet tool.
Photoshop if you need to do some refining or digital art, although i would not recommend it for drawing.
Paint Tool SAI is pretty good for both vector and raster graphics.
Adobe Illustrator for some powerful vector draing (and not only[?])

It really comes down to your skill, personal preference, hardware, art style, purpose, etc.

Krita is okay, if all you need are the basics. It has most of the regular ol' stuff, plus a lil' more. It's easy enough to get the hang of, but it's a tad buggy and stuff. At any rate, it gets the job done.
