    -Somenone famous / super rich got scammed or hacked.

    -Some simple questions (copy / paste answers)

    The Moments that support doesn't works
    -Asking some information about hosting a event.
    -(SOMETIMES) Newbie players to get hacked.
    -Most of the scam reports.

    I know! This is so true! One time I emailed support and they literally responded with this:

    "chill fam. sum1 rich and famus is in line in front of you. we will respond wen we actually care."

    Famous people — not to mention any names Jakeshore (apart from satire, what does he have to do with anything) — is always ruining every aspect in my life.


    On a serious note, the fact that you hid complaints in a spoiler really promotes the urge for me, or anyone, to not take you seriously.

    Mini-You is a one life time items, no matter what you do you can only get it once.
    I hope that devs make it unrecycleable..
    And I do think, support should have give the mini you back, he only ask for 1 item, its not like he ask for all the items he lost back, why need to be so heartless?
    If its because of the gems he has got by recycle the mini you, i dont think the op will mind if the devs take the gems back.

    i dont want to be on either side of the argument but...
    i do agree that support usually don't help newbies, powerless people
    think of growtopia as a hierarchy, rich n famous on top, newbies at the bottom
    also growtopia support can't help everyone (busy duh)
    especially not if it's just a meaningless person

    if you wanna get noticed, you're probably have to earn your way up there (and possibly get banned for protesting like screepy)

    To be honest, support can't really give back items. With so many people getting scammed, imagine if they went into each account and took the time to give back items! It would take to long! Sorry about your mini-You man! Hackers really stink!

    As someone who has worked on a support team of a game before, I can safely say RTsoft support is TRASH.
    They don't fully read your complaints, they show no emotion, all their responses are very cookie-cutter, it may even be automated but I doubt that.

    They seem biased to an extent as well. I'm not a super well known player, but I'm a semi-recognizable forumer. When someone exploited the game and stole my vampire cape, they gave me the items I would have received had the trade not been corrupt. Just a couple weeks later, my good friend but far lesser known Growtopian Shredder2600 looses his vampire cape in another exploit. Surprise! Growtopia support does nothing except write a rather condescending E-mail to Shredder2600, leaving his pockets devoid of a Vampire Cape. There is another instance of bias within the support team that also happens to involve me and Shredder2600, but this wall of text is large enough. It may not be bias, heck, it probably isn't, but I digress. The events listed above are all true and there are threads and pictures to prove it.

    Growtopia Support should give a second chance, let's say it's your first "offence" or time being hacked, they should give a portion of the items you lost back, similar to Steam's support, which is still awful but it's miles ahead of Growtopia's. No other chance beyond that first one should be allowed, though. No one is perfect, and neither is Growtopia Support.

    Apologies for my giant wall of text, if you read it all you get a thumbs-up, I guess.
