    Default Working with resources

    Are there any utils in ClanLib for working with resources? I mean not that classes (which already exists) for parsing xml and easy work with names/paths etc.
    When I worked with 3d there were pools of resources, memory usage management, some loaded textures used each time (didn't load every creating).

    I have to write this by hands?

    I'm afraid the resource management in ClanLib is very limited at this time. The resource manager design is quite old and written for a time and age when you typically loaded all your resources at once for things you intended to display.

    If you need more complex resource management, which is typically needed for 3D, then it is probably a better idea to write your own resource manager class.
