was wondering if there was any way to work over the problem of being behind the router. THe router has the only ip that the rest of the web sees... the game said talk to an admin about it. Thanks

are you trying to play or run a server?

if your running a server, you must forward the port on the router that you are running the server on to the internal ip on your lan ie port 88 to 192.168.1.101

if your running a game, you must have the port open of the server that you are trying to connect to...
    these ports are:
    Maddnet - Port 81
Daisypark - Port 80 (your router should let port 80 go by default)
    Real Deal - Port 80
    Quid Pro Quo- Port 99

    Hope this helps

oops i should have been more detailed. The error is that it thinks I am him, so I can't play at all. After his turn is done, the ip is shut. And if I get on first, vice-versa. So how can we both play with the same ip?

    Thanks.

    oh! lol...

Well then about the only thing you can do in that situation, is email the admin of the server you are trying to play on, and ask him/her to disable IP checking on your account...
