(Tested in VS2010 will probably the same in VS2008)). I am not sure about this being user specific, I suspect its not. So if this is submitted to the repo this step can go. woutervd

 Select the WinRTBareBones project, right click and choose properties. Select "All configurations" from the drop down and navigate to the general configuration properties page and set the output directory to "..\bin".
